I’m so grateful towards the law offices of Hamdan Qudah for saving my father from deportation. Mr. Qudah discovered that the government had actually made a mistake and issued my father a 2 year green card rather than the 10 year green card he should have received instead. We were so happy to hear that his potential deportation was then rendered invalid. Working with the office was a real pleasure, they were so helpful and informative every step of the way. They made our experience very comfortable, and were sensitive to our financial situation, offering us a payment plan that was very convenient and tailored to fit our needs.

Thank you so much to the law offices of Hamdan Qudah for representing my fiancé in his removal proceedings! He was convicted of criminal activity, and the court was threatening deportation. We went to several attorneys who couldn’t help and told us that nothing could be done about the situation. Mr. Qudah reviewed the case and found that my fiancé was actually a derivative citizen through his mother. We were shocked to find out that he’s actually a citizen, something that numerous consultations couldn’t tell us! All removal proceedings were dismissed thanks to Mr. Qudah and his incredibly helpful office. They were so thoughtful, caring, and professional throughout the entire process, and we are immensely grateful to them.

Firstly, I would like to extend many thanks to attorney Hamdan Qudah for his excellent service and for his patience with us throughout the duration of our deportation case, that was successfully terminated. I’m glad to report that, after a journey that lasted two years we are now thankfully permanent residents of the United States. My husband and I were placed in deportation after a random checkpoint stop on our way to a friend’s barbeque. After the police discovered that my husband did not have his driver’s license, we were both arrested and the police contacted the immigration services who then placed us in removal proceedings. We have been living in the United States for the past twenty-five years, and have raised a family of five children. We are good people who are only trying to live peacefully and provide a good living and education for our children. We have never been convicted of any crimes, except when my husband was convicted of driving while intoxicated fifteen years ago. Mr. Qudah took on our case and the first thing I noticed was that he was very considerate to our financial situation. Not only were his services very affordable, he also provided us with a very reasonable payment plan. At the first court hearing, Mr. Qudah was able to secure our release from custody, and after several court hearings, the judge granted our petition for green cards based on the fact that we have been living in the United States for more than ten years and are law-abiding citizens and considering the fact that our children were going to suffer extreme hardship as a result of possible deportation. Mr. Qudah was able to win our case and give us this possibility to live safely and legally in the United States. Most of all, I was able to travel back to my native country of Peru to see my mother for the first time in twenty-five years. For that fact especially, I am extremely thankful for everything Mr. Qudah has done for me and my family.
